All intellectual property, including processes, frameworks, documents, and automations delivered to clients, remain the property of Yar Khan Consulting LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Fees are outlined in the proposal and may include milestone-based, monthly, or quarterly billing. Late payments may incur a service interruption. Custom pricing or discounts are at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

6. Termination

You may terminate service at any time with written notice, subject to terms in your engagement agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for breach of terms or misuse.
